Day 2

F&N PT, day 2, 31/5/10

Breakfast, 10am:
  • Bread and butter - 1 slice
  • Milk - 1 cup
Lunch, 1.30pm:
Homemade soup noodles:
  • Kuey Tiao - 1 bowl with soup
  • Fishballs - 4
  • Meatballs - 5
  • Shrimp Wantons - 3
  • Boiled dumplings - 2
  • Water - 1 cup
Afternoon snack, 5pm:
  • Ferrero Rocher - 1 ball
  • Jigs potato chips - 3 pieces
Dinner, 7pm:
Rice and dishes:
  • Rice - 1 plate
  • Salmon in unagi sauce - 2 spoonfuls
  • Broccoli - 3 spoonfuls
  • Fried fishcake - 1 piece
  • Fried egg - 1 quarter
  • Carrot and corn soup - 1 bowl
  • Water - 1 cup
Night snack, 9-10pm:
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Papaya - 2 slices
Total water intake (incl soup): ~8 to 9 glasses
