Day 1

"Blog your diet", day 1, 30/1/2010

Breakfast, 9.30am:
  • Hailam bread (no preservatives) with grape jam - 3 slices
  • Milk - 1 cup
Lunch, 1.15pm:
Wanton mee:
  • Wanton mee noodles - 1 plate
  • Wanton - 3
  • Char siew - 6 slices
  • Vegetables - 1 spoonful
  • Water - 1 cup
Dinner, 7.30pm:
Char kuey tiao:
  • Kuey Tiao - 1 plate
  • Fishcake - 6 pieces
  • Prawns - 2 pieces
  • Vegetables - 2 spoonfuls
  • Water - 1/2 glass
  • Fresh orange juice - 1 glass
Night snack, 10pm:
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Fresh papaya - 2 slices
  • Water - 1/2 glass
Total water intake (including soup): ~8 glasses
